Morley FM is a global asset management company and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aviva. Pentland provided a complete Training Needs Analysis for the whole organization of over 850 personnel, including interviews and input from Executive Board Level to junior staff. Following this we helped Morley to develop their Learning & Development strategy which included a complete Learning and Development curriculum review. Pentland are now one of Morley's key suppliers, delivering a range of programmes, including both internal and external customer relationship management, induction programmes and a series of Lunch & Learn sessions.

One of these, St Mary's NHS Trust, have run a number of Role Development Programmes. Citigroup are one of the largest financial services companies with offices throughout the world. Pentland have provided training services to them for over 9 years at locations in the UK and Europe, USA and the Far East. These training services have covered all areas of both internal and external customer relationship management such as selling skills, negotiation skills, customer service skills, influencing skills, communication skills and presentation skills.

Pentland began working with Packard Bell some years ago before they became part of NEC. Over several years we have provided a range of Management and Personal Development training courses covering areas including sales, presentations skills and management & supervisory skills.
