The Customisation Process
Pentland believe that all interventions should be focused on meeting the needs of the organisation, the team (where applicable) and the individual. Our clients have achieved greater success when these interventions are customised to their specific requirements. In order to do this Pentland and our clients spend time to follow a clearly defined process before any intervention is designed and delivered. The level of depth to which each stage of the process needs to be executed will depend on the complexity of the issues associated with the desired business outcome.
