How We Work
If you need to develop people within your organisation, off-the shelf packages are rarely sufficient. We believe that learning programmes should embody core human psychology principles, whilst also addressing the business needs of your organisation. As a result, there are no standard packages at Pentland, because we know that every organisation has their own needs and their own people development requirements.

We are passionate about what we do and so we don't provide a good day's training that's forgotten as soon as you are back in the office. We do, however, provide the knowledge, skills and inspiration that allows you to make changes to meet your own and your organisation's needs.

Before we recommend any of our services, we will work with you to make sure we have a full understanding of:

  • the key business drivers that determine both short and long-term business objectives
  • the issues you face in delivering these objectives
  • the current Knowledge, Attitudes, Processes and Skills (KAPS) at all levels of the organisation and thus the learning and development gaps that need to be addressed
